About the Exam
The Staff Selection Commission of India conducts the SSC GD Constable Exam to recruit candidates for the General Duty posts of Constables (GD) in the BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, and Rifleman in AR. The Commission has issued an SSC GD Constable 2021 Notification to fill 25271 constable positions for both men and women.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications in Education (As on 01-08-2021)
Applicants for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA, and riflemen) must have completed 10th class or equivalent from a recognised board.
Age Limit for SSC GD (As on 01-08-2021)
To be eligible for the SSC GD 2021 Exam, a candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 23. The important age-limit date will be determined using the date 01-08-2021. Candidates must have been born between the dates of August 2, 1998, and August 1, 2002. According to government regulations, applicants from restricted groups receive an age reduction.
Process of Selection
The SSC GD 2021 recruiting procedure will consist of four stages: a computer-based test (CBT), a physical standard test (PST), a physical efficiency test (PET), and a medical test. Candidates who pass the exam will be required to show up for document verification.

Exam Pattern
For Computer-Based Exam
The computer-based test will be worth 100 points and will consist of 100 questions. The online exam will include four parts that must be completed in 90 minutes. When a question is answered incorrectly, 0.25 points will be subtracted. If the question is left unanswered, there will be no punishment.
